The 18th Par 4 is another picturesque hole to finish off a good test of golf. With an out of bounds area to the left (driving range) the fairway is protected left and right by a heavy tree line. A confident shot down the left hand side will position the drive in the middle of the fairway for a very accessible second shot to the elevated green. With extensive views across the Dove Valley to the rolling hills of Staffordshire and Derbyshire this caps a challenging round on a short course. With views of the 18th green and fairway from the clubhouse watching can be just as exciting as playing. |
